Firstly I am a lover of nature and everything we get from her, a traveller, explorer and a firm believer in gratitude.
I am also a registered Nutritional therapist, with a degree in personalised nutrition and FM , and hold a few other certificates relating to the health field.
Over 20 years of practice, where I started with focus on mental health, a passion area for me, and expanded my scope to include gut, AI and hormone related disorders - In functional medicine you learn they are all connected- I have come to truly appreciate and understand the intricate and amazing interplay between nutrients and the human body.
Together we can prevent and overcome many adversities, leading to a life filled with joy!
With over 25 years Chef experience , Jason has the ability to turn any meal into a culinary delight. With a passion for fresh, seasonal produce and using local, as well as international cuisine as inspiration, he enjoys infusing flavours from around the world.
Starting his career in the beautiful wine region of Constantia valley, S.A. He quickly worked up the ranks to running 5 star restaurants and hotels as well as teaching at the acclaimed International hotel and culinary school. Having worked internationally in London, Melbourne the Caribbean and Spain, he now works as a private chef and consultant in Geneva, Switzerland.
Jason is not new to the health industry either. Working as part of Nutri-360 he creates menus and teaches cooking for personalised and restricted dietary requirements.
