Firstly I am a lover of Nature and everything we get from her, a traveler and explorer and a firm believer in gratitude.
I am also a registered Nutritional therapist, with an Honors degree in Personalised nutrition and a few other certificates relating to the health field. I am a member of BANT as well as IFM (British association of applied nutrition and nutritional therapy and Institute of Functional Medicine) and adhere to their strict code of practice and requirements for professional development.
I have always been intrigued by finding ways to assist healing and growth through non-invasive and natural means. In my practice I address a variety of health issues, but my passion lies in mental health. With lifelong interaction and experience with mental health issues, I set out to find a way to support and attain mental well-being without the excessive use of drugs that simply dull the senses. After completing my degree in Psychology I started counselling in support groups for severe depression and anxiety. It was here I really came to appreciate the role nutrition plays in health. As I began my journey as a nutritional therapist, I came to appreciate and understand the intricate and simply amazing interplay between nutrients and the human body. With a focus on children`s health I completed my dissertation on epigenetic effects on childhood neuro developmental disorders.

With over 20 years Chef experience , Jason has the ability to turn any meal into a culinary delight. With a passion for fresh, seasonal produce and using local as well as international cuisine as inspiration, he enjoys infusing flavors from around the world.
Starting his career in the beautiful wine region of Constantia valley, S.A. He quickly worked up the ranks to running 5 star restaurants and hotels as well as teaching at the acclaimed International hotel and culinary school. Having worked internationally in London, Melbourne the Caribbean and Spain, he now works as a private chef and consultant in Geneva, Switzerland.
Jason is not new to the health industry either. Working as part of Nutri-360 he creates menus and teaches cooking for personalised and restricted dietary requirements.
