HOW IS THE PROGRAMME RUN?
The 6 week programme kicks off on the 30 August 2023 with the first presentation addressing nutrition. There after we will have weekly presentations with live Q&A on the various topics given. You will be given a weekly challenge or task which will be aimed at creating a sustainable, brain healthy diet and lifestyle for life.
Each participant will have 2 personal consultations to address and personal requirements.
Good mental health means being able to think, feel and react in appropriate ways in order to live your life as you wish.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE ONLINE PROGRAMME?
-Two x 1-1 consultations
- Summary documents to accompany each workshop. These include information on macronutrients in the diet, cooking, living gluten free, support on stress reduction, sleep, supporting the gut and more.
- The eat well guide – 63 pg online book with all the foundational nutrition information and guide to eating well.
- A booklet referred to as The Self Care Journey, which contains activities designed to help you with motivation and fully engage in the change process to achieve sustainable, long-term change.
- A twenty-six page recipe booklet (a vegetarian version is also available) with ideas for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks
- Guide to Paleo and Mediterranean diet.
- Dedicated support group

- At the end of the programme, you will have an opportunity for a second 1-1(20min) in which we will review your progress and go through any concerns you have going forward
